These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bet629 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the bet629 online betting platform, accessible at https://bet629.cam.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing any bet, or using any service offered through bet629, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the platform and its licensing obligations.

To open and maintain a bet629 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

6.1 Deposits

General rules applicable to all bets include:

• bet629 reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, postponed without rescheduling, or where a palpable error in odds has occurred.
• Live / In-Play bets are accepted on a best-efforts basis. Communication delays may result in bet rejection where the outcome has already been determined.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. Limits may vary by sport, market type and individual account.
• Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Account Balance in full.

bet629 reserves the right to limit, restrict or decline any bet at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

bet629 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses and loyalty rewards. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered users only. Eligibility criteria are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet629 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and/or referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud bet629 or other users through false information, chargebacks, stolen payment methods or other fraudulent means.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder proceeds of crime or to process transactions connected to illegal activity.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses or evade a self-exclusion or suspension.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate the outcome or results of any bet, game or event.

• Underage Access: Registering or playing if you are under 18 years of age, or the higher applicable minimum.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. The bet629 name, logo and all associated branding are trademarks of the platform operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use bet629's trademarks without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet629 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting outcomes.
• Technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues or delays in bet execution.
• Errors in odds or market information that are promptly corrected upon identification.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

bet629's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13.1 Closure by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the Support Team. Pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules, and any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and after deducting any amounts owed to bet629.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by bet629

bet629 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• The Account has been inactive for a prolonged period (as defined in the Help Centre).
• bet629 is required to do so by a regulatory, legal or law enforcement authority.
• Continued operation of the Account would expose bet629 to legal, reputational or financial risk.

In cases of account closure due to verified fraudulent conduct, bet629 reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet629 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani courts may also have jurisdiction over disputes where Pakistani law applies, and that Pakistani legal restrictions on gambling may affect the enforceability of any agreement relating to gambling services. Nothing in this clause constitutes legal advice.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
